Every order ships in a plain, unmarked USPS Priority Mail mailer or box. Products are vacuum-sealed in odor-proof bags before being placed inside a second outer layer. Return addresses use a generic business name with no indication of the contents. Tracking is provided 24 hours after dispatch.
03 How fast is delivery across the US? +
Orders placed before 1 PM PT ship the same day. USPS Priority Mail delivery takes 1–2 business days on the West Coast, 2–3 days to the Midwest and Texas, and 3–5 days to the East Coast and rural routes. Free shipping over $99 USD; flat-rate $12 below that.
04 What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Zelle (most popular, instant), ACH bank transfer, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero), and prepaid USPS Money Orders. Credit and debit are not currently supported due to processor restrictions on psilocybin commerce.
05 Do you ship to every US state? +
Yes — we ship to all 50 states plus DC. Rural and remote routes take an additional 2–3 days. We currently do not ship internationally to comply with US export law.
06 What is your return and refund policy? +
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails our lab-test verification, contact support within 7 days for a full refund or free replacement. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed magic mushrooms, edibles, or capsules due to controlled-substance handling rules.
